Mistletoe Jam: A Luther Vandross Tribute Party (Free!)

In celebration for the holiday season and the dawn of the Dawn Porter-directed documentary ‘Luther: Never Too Much,’ Sidewalk is “having a party” for the “bad boy” : 8x-Grammy-winning R&B/pop music icon Luther Vandross. Mistletoe Jam will kick off with FANdross Karaoke and will culminate with a R&B dance party powered by a live DJ. Enjoy lobby programming, official Luther Vandross merch giveaways, extra swag, specialty cocktails and more. *This is a free event. Reservations are strongly recommended but not required.

About Sidewalk Film Center + Cinema

We produce the nationally recognized Sidewalk Film Festival; organize a wide variety of educational programs for filmmakers and hold other events that create interest in and enthusiasm for independent film. To expand on this work and better serve our mission we have opened the Sidewalk Film Center + Cinema, a two-screen independent movie theater in the heart of Birmingham’s historic theatre district.
