Mick Jagger: The Man, the Fans, and the Music The presenter combined her academic interest in online communities with her passion for Mick Jagger and the Rolling Stones in a 2014 book You Get What You Need: Stories of Fans of the Rolling Stones, which was based on interviews with more than 100 fans from around the world. Her presentation will explore Jagger’s relationships with his girlfriends and children, the admiration of his fans, and the highlights of his music, illustrated with musical clips and photos. Andee Baker is a retired professor of sociology at Ohio University, Lancaster, whose fields of interest include fan groups, gender roles, online identities, and relationships. Her most recent book is 2020’s My Men, Mick, and Me: A Memoir of Coming of Age in the Counterculture and Beyond.
